§ Mr. LeeI assume that by "nap-of-the-earth" flying the right hon. Member is referring to low flying. All of the United Kingdom may be used by Army and Royal Marines helicopters for low flying subject to the usual restrictions. Consultations with local authorities are, therefore, not appropriate.
