§ Mr. Forthasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make available the finally adopted text on budgetary discipline and the Council's communication to the Eurpean Parliament.
§ Mr. Ian StewartYes. A copy of the text, as adopted by the Foreign Affairs Council on 4 December, together with the text of the president of the Council's letter to the president of the European parliament has now been placed in the Library of the House. The budgetary discipline text is unchanged from the Council's common position which I made available on 16 November.
