§ Mr. MooreThe business expansion scheme, which runs until April 1987, is still only in its second year of operation. It is, therefore, too early to contemplate any major changes at present. But we are closely monitoring the scheme, and have been most encouraged by preliminary results, announced in the House by my right hon. Friend on 13 November at column 552.
