- 1981 1 case (Section 14)
- 1982 1 case (Sections 1 and 14)
- 1983 No cases
- 1984 (to date) 1 case (Sections 1 and 14) Others pending.
Charges under the Prevention of Fraud (Investments) Act are commonly not proceeded with where more serious charges are available.
