§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will make a statement on the effect for Manchester international airport of the decisions on regional aid announced by the Minister of State on 28 November and, in particular, on whether aid from the European regional development fund will still be available for the further development of the airport.
