§ Mr. YoungerAs I said on 21 November in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Edinburgh, West (Lord James Douglas-Hamilton), I propose to publish criminal statistics from 1983 onwards in statistical bulletins. The first bulletin for 1983, on recorded crime, should be published early in 1985, and others in the series during 1985.
