Social Welfare and Oxfam, about the world population conference.

§ Mr. John PattenThe text of the speech to he made by my noble Friend Lord Glenarthur will be published by the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys, and a copy will be placed in the Library as soon as it has been delivered.
