§ Mr.Jannerasked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) whether he has now approved the code of the Equal Opportunities Commission; and if he will make a statement;
(2) when he now expects to lay before Parliament the code of the Equal Opportunities Commission;
(3) when he now expects the code of the Equal Opportunities Commission to be brought into effect.
§ Mr.Alan ClarkThe Equal Opportunities Commission submitted its draft code to my right hon. Friend for approval only very recently and he is still considering it.
