§ Mr. Chris PattenThe water main in O'Neill road, Newtownabbey was laid by the Belfast and District Water Commissioners at the time of construction of the road by Newtownabbey urban district council in 1965. In the vicinity of O'Neill road there is also a conduit constructed by Belfast Water Commissioners about 1870.
