Mr. Boyes

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what was the number of long-stay geriatric beds provided by all health authorities in Wales (a) per 1,000 population of pensionable age, (b) per 1,000 population aged 75-plus years, (c) per 1,000 population aged 85-plus years and (d) in total on 31 March for each year between 1976 and 1982 inclusive.
