§ Mr. Rostasked the Secretary of State for Energy (1) when he expects to announce the establishment of the new energy efficiency office;
(2) what progress he is making in the implementation of the recommendations of the Rayner scrutiny into his Department.
§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithArrangements for establishing an energy efficiency office in my Department are at an advanced stage and we shall be making an announcement very shortly.
