§ Mr. Bendallasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make Delours Price, a convicted Irish Republican Army murderer, subject to an exclusion order to prevent her from coming to Great Britain on a social visit.
§ Mr. BrittanThe provisions governing the making of exclusion orders are in sections 4 to 7 of the Prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act 1976. If the police make an application to me under the Act, I always consider it in the light of the statutory requirements. I have not received an application in the case of Delours Price.
