§ Mr. Dubsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he intends to bring before Parliament his proposals concerning the release of life sentence prisoners and the release on parole of violent offenders and drug traffickers.
§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he intends that prisoners convicted of a violent offence or sentenced to more than five years' imprisonment will not be released on parole until the last few months of their sentence.
