§ Mr. OnslowIn accepting the payment of £4 million on 28 October 1982 for the Ilois trust fund on behalf of his Government, the Minister of External Affairs, Tourism and Emigration of Mauritius referred to the payment as "this happy conclusion", and asked our high commissioner to convey to the British authorities the Mauritius Government's deep appreciation of the understanding we had shown during the negotiations.
