§ 45. Dr. M. S. Millerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when was the last occasion he sought from the Palestine Liberation Organisation an assurance that it would be willing to renounce all forms of terrorism and accept the existence of the state of Israel.
§ Mr. HurdWe maintain regular contacts with the Palestine Liberation Organisation at official level and take every opportunity to explain our policy to it, including the need for the PLO to clarify its position on these two points.
