§ Mr. MacfarlaneUnder the Caravan Sites Act 1968 there are powers to remove caravans unlawfully stationed on land in a designated area. These powers were enhanced by the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980. The position is kept under review, but there are no plans for a further review of the law.
