What are the proposed duties of Regional Police Commanders (designate) as published in the official Police Constabulary Almanac and Register for 1982.

In peacetime, to co-ordinate police war planning and training within a home defence region; in war, to advise the Regional Commissioner and to command police forces in the region through their chief constables.
