Mr. Andrew F. Bennett asked

the Secretary of State for Energy what account he takes of the performance of the Central Electricity Generating Board as to the accuracy of its forecast costing and construction periods for past major capital projects such as the Dinorwic hydroelectric scheme and the advanced gas cooled reactors when considering whether to approve major new capital projects.
