§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe Welsh Office is currently reviewing the provision of medium secure psychiatric facilities for offenders and non-offenders. The views of district health authorities have been sought, particularly on the likely demand for such provision, and it is intended to issue proposals for consultation in the new year.
