HC Deb 12 December 1983 vol 50 cc348-9W
Sir David Price

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will publish in the Official Report the amount of money which has been allocated for each of the last five years to the Wessex health authority, both in cash terms and real terms, and distinguishing between moneys for current and capital expenditure, respectively.

Mr. Kenneth Clarke

The revenue and capital allocations for the Wessex regional health authority for the past five years are as follows. For the years to 1982–83 the figures are the final revenue and capital cash limits and reflect transfers in year between revenue and capital and also underspendings carried forward from previous years. The 1983–84 cash limits are still subject to an increase to reflect underspending being carried forward from 1982–83.
