§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales and I have decided that the reports made by the health advisory service of its visits should in future be published, and we have today issued a consultative document seeking the views of interested bodies on the arrangements to be made. Copies of the consultative document have been placed in the Library of the House.
