Mr. Gareth Wardell

asked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) in which counties primary school children are provided with (a) an annual dental inspection by the school health service, (b) a biennial inspection and (c) a triennial inspection;

(2) in which counties primary school children are provided with (a) an annual hearing test by the school health service, (b) a biennial test and (c) a triennial test;

(3) in which counties primary school children are provided with (a) an annual test of vision by the school health service, (b) a biennial test and (c) a triennial test.
