§ Mr. MacfarlaneFrom time to time we receive representations about the working of circular 22/80. Such representations have been taken into account in preparing the draft circulars on particular aspects of development control which have been issued in recent months. We shall continue to monitor the effectiveness of the circular as a general framework for the development control system.
