§ Sir George YoungYes. Local authorities housing investment programme allocations for 1984–85, announced by my right hon. Friend on 24 November in a written reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Mid Staffordshire (Mr. Heddle)— [Vol. 49, c.247.]—already include a redistribution of broadly 60 per cent. of authorities' forecast housing capital receipts. That represents an increase of 10 per cent. over allocations for 1983–34 and earlier years.
