§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Prime Minister if she will arrange for a confidential copy of the Gracious Speech to be released to Oracle at 9 am on 3 November in order that subtitles for the deaf may be prepared and broadcast at the same time as Her Majesty delivers the Speech; and what representations she has received on this matter from independent television.
§ The Prime MinisterOracle has made representations to my Office. So that the media have time to make suitable arrangements, confidential copies of the Gracious Speech will be released to them under embargo 90 minutes before it is delivered.
