§ Lord SkelmersdaleThe United Kingdom is giving bilateral and multilateral emergency aid worth in excess of £3.386 million. This takes the form of cash, food, medical teams and equipment, vehicles, aircraft charter, tents and blankets to relieve suffering in Lebanon. A substantial part of this effort has been directed at Beirut.
