§ Mr. Pawseyasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether he has any information on the impact of children living on caravan sites established under the Caravan Sites Act 1968 on the schools they attend, particularly where those schools are small village schools.
§ Dr. Boyson:I am aware of the impact that these children can have; but this is a matter primarily for local education authorities, which need to take into account a wide variety of local factors.
