§ Dr. VaughanI have no evidence that dangerously inflammable substances for use at Christmas parties and other festivities are being imported. I have, however, asked my officials to investigate the fire hazard the hon. Member considers might be caused by some party streamer spray that he has recently written to me about. Previous investigations have shown that this kind of streamer is less of a fire risk than the traditional paper streamers.
