How many people of either sex (specifying which) are entitled to the following benefits and what is the actual take-up:
- Child benefit;
- Family income supplement;
- One-parent supplementary benefit;
- Attendance allowance and invlid care allowance and Guardian's allowance;
and how many of these benefits relate to children of four and under.

The family benefits in Table 1 may be paid where there is a child aged four or under. The disablement benefits in Table 2 may be paid where there is a disabled child aged four, three or two, but not under two.
