§ Mr. HayhoeThe number of posts at the inception of the functional specialism is currently under review with each of the Departments concerned and final figures are not yet available. Our latest estimate is that there will be 683 posts for qualified accountants and 410 for staff who have substantial accountancy experience but not necessarily an accountancy qualification.
