§ Mr. Blaker315 SS20 missiles, each with three warheads, have now been deployed by the Soviet Union. Of these, approximately 70 per cent. are capable of striking targets in Western Europe. The numbers of SS20s deployed and capable of striking targets in Western Europe at the end of 1981, 1980 and 1979 were 190, 120 and 80.
