§ Mr. RidleyI understand that Lord Keith intends to submit his report in two parts and that I may expect to receive the first part, dealing mainly with income tax and VAT, in time for publication early in the new parliament Session. The second part of the report dealing with the remaining taxes and duties should be completed towards the end of the year.
