§ Mr. Christopher Priceasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish in the Official Report the names of those local authorities which in 1982–83 were not subject to block grant holdback because their expenditure was below their grant-related expenditure assessment even though it exceeded their target; and what was the total of spending above target in each authority involved.
