§ Mr. Christopher Priceasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will publish a detailed breakdown of the multipliers used for each class of local authority in the block grant arrangements for 1982–83;
(2) if he will publish the change (a) in cash and (b) in percentage terms in the calculated original block grant
