§ 31. Mr. Ron Lewisasked the Minister for Trade if, in the light of the progress on bilateral negotiations, he expects the EEC Commission to report finally on the multi-fibre arrangment by the end of September.
§ Mr. Peter ReesThe Commission has been instructed to report to the Council of Ministers by 30 September 1982 on its negotiations for renewal of the bilateral agreements concluded under the multi-fibre Arrangment. It is not possible at this stage to say whether all the negotiations will have been concluded by then.
§ Mr. Campbell-Savoursasked the Minister for Trade when he expects the outcome of the multi-fibre arrangement bilateral negotiations to be considered by the Council of Ministers.
