§ Mr. Prior[pursuant to his reply, 13 July 1982, c. 347]: The Government attach great importance to this draft regulation, which will make a valued contribution to the badly needed house building programme in Northern Ireland. Discussions on ways of making progress towards the adoption of this draft regulation are continuing.
