§ Mr. AlisonThe quota provisions of the Disabled Persons (Employment) Act 1944 apply to employers with 20 or more employees. At 1 June 1982, 240 such employers in the areas served by jobcentres and employment offices in North Staffordshire were employing at least 3 per cent. of registered disabled people within their work forces.
