§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will publish the latest figures for the total number of payments made to beneficiaries under the Pneumoconiosis (Workers Compensation) Act 1979 and the total funds paid out to date under this legislation.
§ Mr. WaddingtonAs at 30 June,, 4,145 payments amounting to a total of £24,354,160 have been made since the Act came into force on 4 July 1979.
