§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will set out in the Official Report details of any regulations that govern the types of motor vehicles, or the circumstances in which motor vehicles are exempted from giving hand signals; whether he is satisfied with the regulations as they apply to security vehicles which frequently display a permanent notice stating "No hand signals"; and if he will set out the provisions governing the display of such a notice.
