§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Lord Privy Seal whether he will raise wih the Governments of Zimbabwe and Zambia the practice of these countries in advertising in the United Kingdom job applications restricted to natives of their respective countries and ask them to adopt the British practice of employment being available to all, irrespective of race or sex.
§ Mr. LuceUnder section 29(3) of the Race Relations Act 1976, it is not unlawful for advertisements to indicate that persons of a particular nationality are required for employment outside Great Britain.
