§ Sir Geoffrey Howe[pursuant to his reply, 22 January 1982, c. 224]: I have now completed the review of the arrangements for dealing with correspondence from hon. Members. I have decided to introduce some reforms which I hope will result in a more efficient service being provided to hon. Members. I shall be writing to the hon. Member and all other hon. Members very shortly to advise them of the new arrangements.
