§ Mr. RidleyI refer the hon. Member to the reply given to him by my predecessor, my right hon. Friend the Member for Blaby (Mr. Lawson) on 13 July 1981. The Bank of England announced a third issue of index-linked stock with restricted eligibility on 22 January. The terms and conditions of future indexed stock issues will be decided when the time is suitable for another issue.
