ii 1 January 1976 to 31 March 1977: The cost of treatment up to a maximum of £3.50 per course of treatment, except for dentures and bridges which were charged as follows:
£ Denture or bridge replacing one to three teeth 5.40 Denture or bridge replacing four to eight teeth 6.00 Denture or bridge replacing more than eight teeth 6.60 Maximum charge for more than one denture or bridge, or for a course of treatment including dentures or bridges and other items, £12.00
