§ Mr. Maurice Macmillanasked the Minister for Trade what proportion of total United Kingdom exports was accounted for by exports of food and agriculture produce in every year since 1972; and what proportion of agricultural imports from the other member States of the European Community was covered by United Kingdom agriculture exports to the Community in the latest year for which figures are available.
§ Mr. Peter ReesIn the year November 1981 to October 1982 the value, fob, of United Kingdom exports of food and agricultural produce to other EC member countries was 42 percent, of the corresponding value, cif, of imports. The percentage of total United Kingdom exports accounted for by exports of food and agricultural produce in every yer since 1972 is as follows:
