§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe current and future operation of skillcentres has been a subject of a recent review by the Manpower Services Commission. The report of that review has been considered and accepted by the commission, and is currently being studied by Ministers. My right hon. Friend hopes to make a statement shortly.
