§ Mr. Ashleyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list, for the last three years and to the latest available date, the numbers of holidays provided by local authorities for (a) elderly people per thousand population aged 65 years and over, (b) physically handicapped people per thousand population aged 18 to 65 years, (c) physically handicapped children per thousand population aged 0 to 16 years, (d) mentally handicapped people per thousand population aged 18 to 65 years and (e) mentally handicapped children per thousand population aged 0 to 16 years; and what, in each case, have been the percentage changes in the figures for each year.
