§ Mr. Craigenasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what submissions he has received from the campaign for adult education in Scotland concerning the preparation of new legislation to promote opportunities for adult education; and what plans he has in mind for a review of existing provision.
§ Mr. Alexander FletcherMy right hon. Friend has received no submissions on this subject since the Scottish Institute of Adult Education launched its "Right to Learn" campaign in October last year. Existing provision is kept under review and we shall take account of any observations we receive in consequence of this campaign.
