asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will take action to remove the risk of reduction of the stock of council housing designated for the disabled.

Sir George Young:

Council housing which is substantially different from ordinary housing because it has been designed or adapted for the use of physically disabled is already excluded from the right to buy.
