§ Mr. King:I addressed a seminar organised by my hon. Friend the Member for Liverpool, Wavertree (Mr. Steen) and also spoke to a group of Merseyside industrialists and members of public authorities about inner city policy, and the recent initiatives that my right hon. Friend has taken in Merseyside.
