§ Bolsover Coalite (Dioxin Dumping)
§ Mr. Skinner asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will now initiate a full public inquiry into the dumping of dioxin by Bolsover Coalite within the North-East Derbyshire area; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Giles Shaw:The question of dumped dioxin waste is a serious one, but I think it right at this point to await the report of the public inquiry recently convened by Derbyshire county council. I will arrange for this to be given the fullest consideration when it is received.
